The hotel is amazing . Staffs and management are like one family and help customers in what you need . With locations with bank works , in anything what you need they can be helpful . Atmosphere is very friendly, the breakfast is beautiful and tasty . The receptionist guys Ekrem and Ersen they were very helpful.

A very nice hotel. Very comfy beds and clean modern rooms with coffee and tea on arrival.|There is a kettle in the room. there is a train station just 100 m away. The breakfast was very delicious i would definitely come again and recommend to people. Staff were friendly.

This is the worst place I ever slept in. There were hairs all around the room and I saw three Large bugs just hanging all around the place. The staff was rude and unresponsive to any of my requests. This may not happen in every room but my bath was broken and there weren't any hot water at any point of time. Air conditioner wasn't even activated. Not recommended. :(

A very mixed experience. The assistant at the reception says he doesn’t speak English, upon arrival, he seems to have taken a crash course - probably doesn’t care about the guests. Bright light shining into the room all night was a nuisance, rooms not very quiet at night, everything else was ok for one night - no more than that.

Hotel is small, also rooms are small but clean. Hotel staff is friendly, helpful and very kind. Breakfast can be improved, very reasonable price, close to the airport. For short stay good, I would go again

Comfortable room with a nice shower. Excellent breakfast. Check in took a bit long and most of the staff don't speak English but with Google translate it's manageable.
